What the Category Codes Mean
The merit lists use short category codes next to each candidate's name. The commonly known reservation categories used across RPSC recruitments are:
- GE - General
- BC - Backward Class
- SC - Scheduled Caste
- ST - Scheduled Tribe
- EWS - Economically Weaker Section
Other codes shown in these lists, such as WE, RG, and TSP-ST, denote additional horizontal reservation or area-specific sub-categories. Their exact definitions are not spelled out in the released merit list PDFs, so candidates should refer to the original recruitment notification on the official RPSC website for the precise meaning of these sub-codes.

Important Instructions
- The columns in each PDF are: S.No., Merit Number, Roll Number, Category, Name, Multiple Disability status, Written Marks, Interview Marks, and Grand Total.
- Merit numbers are discipline-specific; each subject (Nephrology, Neurology, Neuro Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Surgical Gastroenterology) has its own separate list, so a candidate's merit number applies only within that subject.
