The Uttar Pradesh Pariksha Niyamak Adhikari (Examination Regulatory Authority), Prayagraj, is expected to release the UP D.EI.Ed 2026 Phase 2 seat allotment on September 11. Candidates should note that this is a counselling/seat-allotment date, not a fresh merit list release - the underlying UP D.EI.Ed 2026 state rank list (merit list) was already published in August in three rank-slab PDFs. Phase 2 uses that same rank list for a new round of choice filling and allotment aimed at candidates from other states and Uttar Pradesh OBC/SC/ST and special reservation category candidates who have not yet received an institute allotment.
