- Technical Officer: Screening, qualifying Trade Test and Competitive Written Examination comprising Paper I (Mental Ability), Paper II (General Awareness and English Language) and Paper III (Concerned Subject). Final merit is based on the prescribed written examination papers.
- Security Officer: Screening, physical standards and physical tests, followed by written examination covering mental ability, personality assessment and security-related subjects.
- Security Assistant: Screening, qualifying skill / physical and personality assessment tests, followed by a competitive written examination.
- Technician (1): Qualifying Trade Test followed by a competitive written examination covering mental ability, general awareness, English language and the relevant trade subject.
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Competitive written examination consisting of General Intelligence (25 questions, 75 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (25 questions, 75 marks), General Awareness (50 questions, 150 marks) and English Language (50 questions, 150 marks). The examination comprises 150 questions carrying 450 marks, with one negative mark for each incorrect answer.
