What Is the Delhi Police PEMT and DV Admit Card?
PEMT usually stands for Physical Endurance and Measurement Test, and DV stands for Document Verification. The notice uses the short forms only. This single admit card is meant for both stages, as the notice titles each link "PEMT and DV Admit Card".
The notice states that candidates are provisionally allowed by the Hon'ble CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal). This means the admit card is for candidates covered by that tribunal's provisional permission. The notice does not explain the underlying case or who exactly qualifies.
