National Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (National Authority- CAMPA) has announced 19 vacancies for Under Secretary, Senior Account Officer, Section Officer, Technical Officer (Forestry), Assistant Section Officer, Accountant/Auditor, PPS, Sr. PS, PA, and Legal Assistant/Law Officer posts on a deputation basis for five years. Eligibility Conditions by Post:

• Under Secretary: Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Organisation holding an analogous post on a regular basis, OR holding a post in Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700) from any organised service having five years of regular service in the Grade.
• Senior Account Officer: Officers under Central/State Govt, PSU, or Autonomous Organisation holding an analogous post on a regular basis, OR a post in Level-10 from any Organised Accounts/Audit Department having five years of regular service in the Grade (preference for DDO/PAO job experience).
• Section Officer: Officers under Central/State Govt, PSU, or Autonomous Organisation holding an analogous post on a regular basis, OR a post in Level-8 from any organised service having five years of regular service in the Grade (preference for similar nature of job experience).
• Technical Officer (Forestry): Officers under Central/State Govt, PSU, or Autonomous Organisation holding an analogous post on a regular basis, OR a post in Level-7 from any organised service having five years of regular service in the Grade (preference for similar nature of job experience).
• Assistant Section Officer: Officers under Central/State Govt, PSU, or Autonomous Organisation holding an analogous post on a regular basis, OR a post in Level-7 from any organised service having five years of regular service in the Grade (preference for similar nature of job experience).

National Authority- CAMPA Under Secretary Job Description

Under Secretary: Excellent note-taking/drafting skills; experience of dealing with Court Cases, Parliament matters, Vigilance, RTI, etc.; minimum 5-10 years' experience of handling budget and accounts matters in Ministries/Departments of the Government of India; Output-Outcome Monitoring Framework including submission of the same to the CEO; matters related to Parliamentary Standing Committee including preparation of Background Note and Action Taken Replies; submission of replies to RTI applications; looking after works related to establishment, finance, General Administration, framing of rules and regulations, and regulatory matters.

Senior Account Officer: Pre-audit, passing of bills, and preparation of Accounts.

Section Officer: Establishment, administration, finance and accounts, and regulatory matters.

Technical Officer (Forestry): Examination of the Annual Plan of Operations/Policy matters of the State Authorities, monitoring of different activities, formulate proposals for new schemes.

Assistant Section Officer: Initial examination of the proposal relating to establishment finance and regulatory matters, and maintenance of a record of the Section.

Accountant/Auditor: Preparation of bills and pre-auditing calculations and deduction of dues, taxes, and depositing them with the concerned department.

PPS: Providing all types of secretarial assistance to Members like other CSSS Officers.

Sr. PS / PA: Providing all type of secretarial assistance to Senior Officers.

Legal Assistant/Law Officer: Keeping all legal records ready and preliminary examination of cases from legal angle, submission of draft Petition/ Rejoinders etc.
