Selection Process
ANIIDCO reserves the right to shortlist candidates for the interview based on higher qualification and relevant experience. Teaching, Part-time, Intern, Self-employment, and Freelancing shall not be considered as experience. The selection is subject to verification of documents relating to age, educational qualification, experience, and other eligibility conditions before engagement. The interview will be conducted on a first-come-first-served basis, in person or through Video Conference.

- The engagement shall initially be for a period of 01 (one) year, extendable by 01 year at a time subject to satisfactory performance and continuing requirement, up to a maximum tenure of 05 (five) years.
- The consultant shall perform duties assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.
- No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the Walk-in Interview in person.
- ANIIDCO reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the selection process at any stage.
- The number of positions/posts for consultants is subject to change as decided by the Corporation.
