BEL Probationary Engineer Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates applying for BEL Probationary Engineer posts must meet the educational qualification and age requirements specified in the official notification.

- Electronics: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (4 Years) Engineering in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication, Communication or Telecommunication.

BEL Probationary Engineer Salary 2026
Selected candidates will be appointed in E-II Grade with a basic pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 3% - Rs. 1,40,000. The approximate annual CTC is Rs. 13 lakh. Employees will also be eligible for allowances and benefits, including Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Performance Related Pay and Medical Reimbursement, as admissible under company rules.

BEL Probationary Engineer Selection Process 2026
The selection process consists of a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by an interview. Candidates shortlisted through the CBT will be called for an interview in a 1:5 ratio, discipline-wise and category-wise.

- Interview: 15% weightage.
