Pay and Terms of Engagement
Monthly consultancy fee fixed by slab of post-qualification experience (Annexure-I): factor 1.00 for National Highways Sector experience, 0.65 for other experience; inclusive of all taxes, no other allowance.
- Purely contractual engagement at Senior Associate level
- Legal status of independent consultant, not staff, official or employee of NHIDCL
- Fixed period of 2 years, may be extended by 1 year up to maximum 3 years (2+1)
- Continuation beyond first and subsequent years contingent on Consultants' Review Committee (CRC) decision
- Induction Module of 3 days for each hired professional
- Annual enhancement of 5% in consultancy fee as per approved Scheme
