ICSI Assistant Young Professional Eligibility 2026

• Age limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01.11.2026.
• Qualification: Must have passed the Executive level Examination of the ICSI.
• Experience: Candidates with post-qualification experience of up to one year will be considered. Training experience that forms part of the CS course curriculum is not counted towards experience.
• Cut-off date: 01.11.2026 is the cut-off date for all purposes, including age, qualifications and experience.
• Character: Candidates must have good moral character, with no criminal antecedents or FIR against them.

Job Description

Assistant Young Professionals will examine and process e-forms under the Companies Act 2013 and the LLP Act 2008, read with the relevant rules, according to the roles assigned to them in the CRC, C-PACE, CSC and CPC offices. Each professional must clear the minimum number of forms or targets set by the Central Facility Centres. Productivity beyond the benchmark carries significant weight in performance appraisals.

Selection Process

Selected candidates undergo an orientation programme to learn the functions of the Central Facility Centres. No TA/DA is paid for attending the selection process, for joining or on completing the assignment.

Service Conditions

• The contract is initially for one year. It may be extended every year for up to two more years, based on performance and requirement, or until the candidate turns 35, whichever is earlier.
• Performance is reviewed at the end of each year.
• Work runs from Monday to Saturday, 48 hours a week, which may depend on achieving targets. Engagement is on a full working day basis.
• Place of work: Central Facility Centres (CRC/C-PACE/CSC/CPC), IICA, Plot No. 6,7,8, Sec-5, IMT Manesar, near Gurugram (Haryana)-122050.
• The contract is purely temporary (non-official), and ICSI can end it at any time without giving reasons.
• AYPs have no right to claim engagement or employment in the Government of India or ICSI.

6. Give a valid personal e-mail address. ICSI will contact candidates by e-mail, not by post.
7. Print the submitted form and keep it for reference. ICSI does not send a separate acknowledgement.

Do not post a hard copy of the form, your CV or certificates to the Institute. Bring the original documents when you are called for verification. Incomplete, vague or wrongly formatted applications will be rejected. Candidature can be cancelled at any stage, and the contract terminated, if false information is found.
