Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology or related disciplines, with training relevant to molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, bioinformatics or computational biology.
Other conditions:
- Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates with equal qualifications and experience.
- No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
Desirable:
- Research experience in structural biochemistry and computational biology, including protein modelling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, bioinformatics and genomic data analysis.
- Familiarity with microbiological techniques, bacterial culture, sequence analysis and BLAST.
- Experience with molecular visualization and analysis tools such as PyMOL, GROMACS, LigPlot, RasMol.
- Experience in Python, AI/ML and LLMs, along with exposure to protein structure-function analysis and interdisciplinary research workflows.
