Post/department preferences are exercised at the interview stage, are final and irreversible once confirmed, and cannot be changed later
Vacancies may vary (increase/decrease) at the discretion of the indenting department, with no compensation to candidates for such changes
Mobile phones, calculators, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are strictly banned in the exam hall; possession leads to debarment and possible legal action
